Pleasure P.

Marcus Ramone Cooper, better known as Pleasure P. was born on December 27, 1984 in Miami, Florida, and is an R&B singer and songwriter. He first gained success as a member of the R&B group Pretty Ricky before he decided to embark a solo career.

His first solo release was an EP in 2008 titled “Boyfriend No.2”, which included the singles “Did You Wrong” and “Boyfriend No.2”. “Did You Wrong” immediately charted on the Billboard Hot 100 and peaked high on the R&B Charts as well as Airplay Charts, which was yet a success for an undisclosed single to that date. “Boyfriend No.2” peaked at No.2 on the US R&B Charts.

In addition to that Pleasure P. also obtained acknowledgement from a larger audience because he was featured in Flo Rida’s single “Shone”, off the Album “RO.O.T.S”.

In June 2009, Pleasure P. released his first full-length album “The Introduction of Marcus Cooper”, which was a respectable success. It peaked at No.10 in the US Album Charts and No. 2 in the US R&B Charts.
