Boyz II Men

10 produced Studioalbums, numerous broken charts- and sales records, incredible 12x Platinum for the “II” album – these accomplishments make Boyz II Men the no. 1 and most successful R&B groups of all times. Their first single release “End of the Road” was a worldwide no. 1 hit and instantly catapulted Boyz II Men to international stardom.

The song topped the international music charts and on the US Billboard Charts it even claimed the no. 1 spot for a unbelievable total of 13 weeks straight. This already was their first broken record. The accomplishment was succeeded by their second single “I’ll Make Love to You”, which was Billboard no. 1 for a whole of 14 weeks.

Once again Boyz II Men broke their own record when “One Sweet Day”, accompanied by Mariah Carey, was released. The heartfelt ballad about the loss of someone dear to death and the pain of not having said all you wanted to say to that person, deeply touched millions of people and so it set a record which, to this day, has yet to be broken in the music industry. For 16 consecutive weeks the ballad was No. 1 on the Billboard charts – an accomplishment that not even Michael Jackson or Elvis ever achieved.

It has been over 20 years now since Wanya, Nathan, Shawn and Michael started the band and they’re still at the top of the music industry. Unfortunately Michael’s health status forced him to end his career with Boyz II Men in 2003 but the Boyz still continue their journey on the path of success.

They released their latest album “Twenty” in 2011 as a celebration of the Boyz II Men band-anniversary and also to express the gratitude and share the happiness with their fans.
